Good morning, LisaSegment analysis per KPI
For any KPI, elli matches it against all your wellbeing drivers and builds segments: groups of people who experience work in a similar way, each with a plain-language name and explanation, tracked across survey waves.
Correlations, now visualized
elli already calculated how strongly each driver relates to your KPIs; now you can see it. An interactive map with the strongest driver-to-KPI relationships highlighted automatically.
Recommendations you can steer
Every action carries an instant-read label, and administrators can promote or hide actions for their organization.
